I bet my career on AI in 2015. It took a while.
In 2015, my co-founders and I sat in a London flat training a neural network to write code. The model was terrible. But we could see exactly where this was going, a decade before everyone else. That conviction became Stepsize, $10M in funding, and eventually an exit to ClickUp, where I shipped AI features used by millions. Now I'm building with the very tools I spent a decade helping create.

Ask AI & @Brain
Live at ClickUpAfter the Stepsize acquisition, the team and I kept building toward the same vision at ClickUp. We built the @Brain agent from scratch and nearly doubled Ask AI's quality ratings. @Brain became ClickUp's highest quality AI feature.
